{"id":8558,"date":"2025-11-06T14:15:59","date_gmt":"2025-11-06T14:15:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/appetito.mikado-themes.com\/?p=8558"},"modified":"2025-11-06T22:47:26","modified_gmt":"2025-11-06T22:47:26","slug":"pulpo-al-olivo-con-papas-y-alioli","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/surandesseafood.cl\/index.php\/2025\/11\/06\/pulpo-al-olivo-con-papas-y-alioli\/","title":{"rendered":"Pulpo del norte al olivo con papas y alioli de ajo"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1500886452321{padding-bottom: 20px !important;}\u00bb][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>Pulpo del norte al olivo con papas y alioli de ajo<\/h3>\n<h4>\u23f1 Tiempo total: 40 minutos<br \/>\n\ud83c\udf7d Porciones: 2 a 3<\/h4>\n<h4>\ud83e\uddc2 Ingredientes:<\/h4>\n<p>1 pulpo del norte (aprox. 1 kg)<\/p>\n<p>2 hojas de laurel<\/p>\n<p>1 diente de ajo (entero)<\/p>\n<p>Sal gruesa al gusto<\/p>\n<p>Aceite de oliva extra virgen<\/p>\n<p>Jugo de 1 lim\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>3 papas medianas<\/p>\n<p>Perejil o ciboulette picado<\/p>\n<p>(Opcional) piment\u00f3n dulce o merk\u00e9n<\/p>\n<h4>Para el alioli:<\/h4>\n<p>1 huevo<\/p>\n<p>1 diente de ajo<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd taza de aceite (puede ser de oliva o neutro)<\/p>\n<p>Sal y jugo de lim\u00f3n al gusto<\/p>\n<h4>\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83c\udf73 Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n<p>Limpia el pulpo y col\u00f3calo en una olla con agua fr\u00eda, las hojas de laurel y el ajo entero.<\/p>\n<p>Cocina durante unos 30\u201340 minutos, hasta que est\u00e9 tierno (pincha con un cuchillo: debe entrar sin resistencia).<\/p>\n<p>Una vez listo, d\u00e9jalo reposar en su propio caldo 10 minutos, luego esc\u00farrelo y c\u00f3rtalo en trozos medianos.<\/p>\n<p>En un sart\u00e9n, saltea el pulpo con aceite de oliva y un poco de piment\u00f3n o merk\u00e9n para darle color y aroma.<\/p>\n<p>Cuece las papas con c\u00e1scara, p\u00e9lalas y c\u00f3rtalas en rodajas gruesas.
